Will start off with the title.. On first thoughts, one might think that it would have been "A Short Post" instead of this one.. Only after interpreting the post profoundly, it establishes that the author was in a Rush, as the first letter of sentence is not in caps. Hence, the title persists aright.
Focalizing on the line now..This "No Junk Food" gesture is a bit difficult to maintain for working class people,am sure the author will agree with me on this. Another point is, sometimes we do skip lunches,reason may be late breakfast or workload..anything. In that case, some scrumptious noshes afterwards feels real great, a cuppa coffee makes the repast complete. So, would suggest the author to reconsider this one. A significant cut down will do good, for sure.
Now the final syllable.. the "Bitch Talk" thing.. I believe its neither possible nor viable for humans to converse with other species. But yes, humans can sympathize with them and train them to behave properly. Author may think of this option.
